In order to book space in our Conference Rooms or Promotional Areas, you must be a signing authority, either in a student organization or a verified third party.
You must create an account. Follow the steps provided and verify your email address. Please note that you must create the account under your name, not the name of the organization.
Once you have created the account, log in and join your organization. Once you submit the request, it will be forwarded to our office for approval. Once approved, you will be notified by email and given permission to use the booking service.
